Is there really no monthly fee?

Yes. It is a one-time payment. No subscriptions and no renewal charges.

Can different branches show different content at the same time?

Yes. Each screen is managed individually from one login. You can schedule different content per branch, per time slot.

Can I control screens in different states from one place?

Yes. As long as each screen has an internet connection, you can manage all locations from a single dashboard regardless of where they are.

Can I use my existing TV?

Yes. Any TV with an HDMI input is compatible, regardless of age or brand.

How long does the setup take?

Most setups are done within 30 minutes, including basic installation and staff onboarding.

Do you offer content management?

The system is designed to be self-managed and most businesses handle it easily. We do offer an optional paid content management service if you prefer to hand it off entirely.

What if my internet goes down?

What is the warranty?

PC hardware is covered for 2 years. Display panels are covered for 1 year. Extended coverage available on request.

Do you provide installation?

Free installation is available in Klang Valley. For other states, we ship it ready to go and walk you through it via WhatsApp. On-site visits outside Klang Valley are available for a fee.
