What is a digital display board used for?
A digital display board replaces paper notice boards and pinboards. Common uses include office notice boards, school and campus announcement boards, factory production and KPI dashboards, hospital and clinic public information, government office service info, and reception or lobby information boards. The board shows notices, PDFs, images, Excel files and slideshows on a schedule, updated remotely from your laptop.
Can it display PDFs, Excel and PowerPoint files?
Yes. Because the board runs on Windows, it displays standard office files natively. PDFs, images, videos, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint slides, and web pages can all be scheduled to the board without converting them to special signage formats.
Can the board show live KPIs or production data?
Yes. Because it runs Windows, the board can display live web-based dashboards (Power BI, Google Sheets, internal web portals, factory KPI feeds) alongside scheduled content. Live data refreshes as your source updates. Common use cases include factory production dashboards, sales leaderboards and shift KPI boards.
Can I run an RSS feed or news ticker?
Yes. The board supports RSS feeds, scrolling news tickers and live web content. You can run a ticker bar at the bottom of the screen alongside notices and scheduled content above.
Can different content show at different times of day?
Yes. Schedule what plays by time of day, day of week, or specific dates. Morning shift notices in factories, lunch menu updates in cafeterias, end-of-day reminders in offices. Set it once and the board switches content automatically.
Can old notices expire automatically?
Yes. Every notice you upload has a start date and end date. Once the expiry passes, the notice disappears from rotation automatically. No more outdated notices cluttering the board.
We have multiple sites. Can we run boards across all of them centrally?
Yes. The Multi-Site package (from RM5,499 per board) uses one central CMS to manage every location. Push content to one site or all sites at once. Different content per site supported. Role-based access for site admins. Bulk discount applies on 3 or more boards.
What sizes are available?
Digital display boards are available from 15 inch up to 100 inch. Custom sizes are built to order at our own factory in Malaysia. Smaller sizes (15 to 32 inch) suit corridor notices and counter info. 43 to 55 inch suits office reception and school corridors. 65 inch and up suits factory floors, lobby boards and large open spaces.
Is the price really one-time?
Yes. One-time payment. From RM1,499 for TV Upgrade, RM3,999 for Complete Setup, RM5,499 per board for Multi-Site Central. No monthly software fee, no per-board subscription. The software is included for life.
What's the warranty?
PC hardware is covered for 2 years. Display panels are covered for 1 year. Extended warranty available on request.
My office wifi is unreliable. Will the board still work?
Yes. The board works offline. Scheduled content is stored locally on the board, so when wifi drops the board keeps playing on schedule. When wifi returns, new content syncs automatically. Live web content (KPI dashboards) requires internet, but pre-scheduled notices and files keep playing regardless.
