What's the difference between a digital signage screen and a normal TV?
A normal TV is built for a few hours of home viewing per day. A commercial digital signage screen is built to run all day, every day, for years. Different panel, different cooling, different electronics. For light use, signage can run on a normal TV (that's our RM1,499 TV Upgrade package). For busy shops, restaurants and high-use environments, a commercial screen lasts much longer.
Can I use my existing TV?
Yes. That's the RM1,499 package. We supply the Windows player and software, and you keep your existing TV. Works with any TV that has an HDMI input, regardless of brand or age.
Will the screen be bright enough for my space?
Indoor screens are bright enough for normal indoor environments such as cafes, clinics, offices and retail floors. For shopfronts facing the road, we use higher-brightness window display screens. For exterior use such as building facades or drive-throughs, we supply outdoor screens rated up to 2,500 nits, which remain readable in direct sunlight. What size do I need?
Quick guide: 15" to 32" for counters, queue ticket displays and small info screens. 43" for cafe menus and clinic notices. 55" is the most popular size for retail and F&B. 65" to 75" suits hotel lobbies and showrooms. 86" to 100" works for large open spaces, premium showcases and auditoriums. Do you supply outdoor digital signage?
Yes. Our outdoor digital signage uses weatherproof enclosures and high-brightness panels rated up to 2,500 nits, suitable for direct sunlight. Common applications include building facades, drive-through menus, exterior wayfinding and outdoor menu boards. Rain-resistant and sun-readable.
Do you supply touch screen kiosks?
Yes. We supply touch screen kiosks for self-service menus, lobby directories, product browsers, queue check-in and information stands. Available in sizes from 15" to 100", free-standing or wall-mounted.
Are there really no monthly fees? Any hidden costs?
Yes, one-time payment only. No monthly software fee, no subscription, no per-screen recurring charges. The software is included for life. The only ongoing cost is your own electricity and internet. Even internet isn't strictly required, because the screen works offline.
What's the warranty?
PC hardware is covered for 2 years. Display panels are covered for 1 year. Extended warranty available on request.
How quickly can you install?
Each screen takes around 30 minutes to install. For Klang Valley, we usually schedule installation within 3 to 7 working days of order confirmation. Outstation installation is scheduled based on travel coordination.
I have multiple branches. Can you handle the deployment?
Yes. Use the Multi-Branch package from RM5,499 per screen. One login manages every branch. Push content to one outlet or all outlets at once. Different content per branch is supported. We have deployed this for retail chains and clinic networks across Malaysia, including Pathlab across 8 or more branches.
My internet is unstable. Will the screen still work?
Yes. The screen works offline. Your content (videos, images, menus) is stored inside the screen, so when wifi drops the screen keeps playing on schedule. When wifi returns, you can push new content as normal.
