SmartScheduler digital signage pricing starts from RM1,499 (TV Upgrade — one-time). A full commercial setup starts from RM3,999. Multi-branch systems start from RM5,499. All prices are one-time with no monthly fee. Final price depends on screen size, quantity, and installation location.

Is there a monthly subscription fee?

No. SmartScheduler charges once. You own the software license permanently. Most digital signage platforms in Malaysia and globally charge RM50–RM200/month per screen — SmartScheduler eliminates that entirely.

Do I need to buy new screens?

Not necessarily. If you already have TVs or monitors with HDMI input, you can use the TV Upgrade package (from RM1,499) and keep your existing screens. If you need new commercial displays, we include them in the Load & Run and Central Control packages.

Can I get a discount for multiple screens?

Yes. Bundle pricing is available for orders of 3 or more screens. WhatsApp us with your screen count, screen sizes, and business locations for a custom quote. Most multi-screen orders receive 10–20% off the standard per-screen price.

What is the price for a digital menu board in Malaysia?

A digital menu board setup starts from RM1,499 if you already have a TV. For a complete commercial screen + software, the price starts from RM3,999. All packages are one-time with no monthly fee — suitable for restaurants, cafes, mamaks, and F&B outlets.

Does the price include installation?

Free on-site installation is included for businesses in Klang Valley (KL and Selangor). For outstation locations, an installation fee applies: Penang and Ipoh from RM350, Johor Bahru and Malacca from RM400, East Malaysia on request. We can also ship the system pre-configured and walk you through setup via WhatsApp at no extra charge if you prefer to self-install.

What is the warranty period?

Media player hardware comes with a 1-year warranty on the TV Upgrade package, and 2-year warranty on Load & Run and Central Control packages. Commercial display panels are covered for 1 year. Extended coverage is available on request.
