What does the RM329/day rate cover, and what's separate?
The daily rate covers the digital signage display unit and a materials insert with up to 10 materials (images, slides, short videos) loaded before delivery. Transportation, refundable deposit, touchscreen model, and after-hours/weekend surcharges are billed separately — see the pricing table above.
How does the refundable deposit work?
RM1,500 per unit is held at the start of the rental and returned in full on safe collection. Deductions only apply if the unit is returned damaged, missing accessories, or not at the agreed location. The deposit is separate from the daily rental rate and transportation fees.
Do you offer touchscreen rental for interactive booths?
Yes. Touchscreen models are +RM100 per unit on top of the standard daily rate. Useful for trade-show interactive directories, product configurators, lead-capture forms, and self-service info screens.
What counts as after-hours or weekend?
Working hours are Monday–Friday 10am–6pm. Outside that window — early morning, evening, weekend, or public holiday — counts as non-working-hours and adds RM50 per trip for delivery, installation, or dismantle.
Can I run multiple units at one event?
Yes. We handle multi-unit events — exhibition booths, ballroom signage, multi-screen trade stands. Quoted as a package; share your unit count and event dates via WhatsApp.
What if my materials aren't ready before the event?
As long as we have your final materials (image, video, PDF) before our delivery day, we'll load them. Beyond 10 materials in the insert, we quote additional content prep separately. If you need to swap or add content during the event, that requires our intervention; we can quote it.
Do you provide design services?
No, we don't design. You bring the materials (Canva file, PDF, JPG, video). If you need design help we can recommend freelance designers familiar with our display aspect ratios.
What happens if the unit is damaged during the event?
Wear-and-tear and hardware failures during the rental are our responsibility — we replace it. Damage caused by the venue or end-user (impact, liquid spills, theft) is deducted from the refundable deposit or charged at replacement cost. We recommend event insurance for high-traffic public venues.
