For long-term branches you should buy the digital signage system outright (one-time payment, works offline, no monthly fee). For these short-term scenarios, day rental of a digital signage display is the right call.
3–5 day events at venues like KLCC, MITEC, MIECC, or PWTC. Day rental matches the event window. No capex, no storage problem after.
Pavilion, Mid Valley, IOI City Mall, Sunway Pyramid pop-ups running a week or two. Mall management often requires digital signage; rent and run.
Bazaar Ramadan stalls, pasar malam, food festivals running 3–6 weeks. A digital menu and price screen pulls more eyeballs in a crowded market.
Hotel ballroom signage, corporate town halls, product launches. Replace printed banners with a screen for the day's agenda, sponsor logos, or live updates.

Do you rent outside Klang Valley?
No. Short-term rental covers Klang Valley only: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya. For events elsewhere in Malaysia, the same 43 inch and 55 inch units are available for purchase with delivery nationwide, so you have them for this event and every one after. See the standee purchase options.
What does the daily rate cover, and what's separate?
The daily rate covers the digital signage display unit and a materials insert with up to 10 materials (images, slides, short videos) loaded before delivery. Transportation, refundable deposit, touchscreen model, and early or late visit charges are billed separately. See the pricing table above.
How does the refundable deposit work?
RM1,500 per unit is held at the start of the rental and returned in full within 1 to 3 working days after safe collection. Deductions only apply if the unit is returned damaged, missing accessories, or not at the agreed location. The deposit is separate from the daily rental rate and transportation fees.
Do you offer touchscreen rental for interactive booths?
Yes. Touchscreen models are +RM100 per unit on top of the standard daily rate. Useful for trade-show interactive directories, product configurators, lead-capture forms, and self-service info screens.
What if I need delivery before 10am or after 6pm?
Standard delivery, installation and dismantle hours are 10am to 6pm. A visit before 10am or after 6pm costs extra, from RM100 per trip, and the charge rises the earlier or later it is. We confirm the exact amount in your quote.
Can I run multiple units at one event?
Yes. We handle multi-unit events: exhibition booths, ballroom signage, multi-screen trade stands. Quoted as a package; share your unit count and event dates via WhatsApp.
What if my materials aren't ready before the event?
As long as we have your final materials (image, video, PDF) before our delivery day, we'll load them. Beyond 10 materials in the insert, we quote additional content prep separately. If you need to swap or add content during the event, that requires our intervention; we can quote it.
Do you provide design services?
No, we don't design. You bring the materials (Canva file, PDF, JPG, video). If you need design help we can recommend freelance designers familiar with our display aspect ratios.
What happens if the unit is damaged during the event?
Wear-and-tear and hardware failures during the rental are our responsibility. We replace it. Damage caused by the venue or end-user (impact, liquid spills, theft) is deducted from the refundable deposit or charged at replacement cost. We recommend event insurance for high-traffic public venues.
Is there a monthly option that is software only, without renting hardware?
Not from us. Our rental includes the hardware, because that is what most customers renting a screen actually want. If you already have a TV and only need the software on a monthly basis, that is a cloud platform. Layar is a Malaysian one, from RM19 a month, with a free plan to try first.
