If any of these sound familiar, a touch screen kiosk solves it. These are real questions we hear every week.
A self-service touch kiosk lets customers browse the menu, customise their order and confirm it themselves. Staff only handle preparation and payment. Restaurants typically see shorter queues and higher order accuracy during peak.
A queue check-in kiosk at the entrance prints or displays the queue number on its own. Patients self-register, the counter stays focused on actual consultation. Used by clinics and pathology labs across Malaysia.
A lobby directory kiosk shows guests the venue map, event schedule and meeting room locations. They tap, they find, they go. Staff at the front desk handle real check-in instead of repeating directions.
A product browser kiosk lets customers scroll through your full catalogue on a large touch screen. Show every model, every colour, every spec. Pair it with your existing salespeople who close the deal.
SmartScheduler is one-time payment. You pay for the kiosk and the software once. No monthly fee, no subscription. Across 4 kiosks over 5 years, most customers save more than RM30,000 compared to monthly cloud kiosk software.
Our touch kiosk hardware runs on Windows with USB ports. You can pair it with your existing POS software, payment terminal, receipt printer or barcode scanner. We supply the kiosk hardware and the screen software. You keep your existing payment flow.
Every kiosk on this page is something we have built and installed for Malaysian businesses since 2021.

What is a touch screen kiosk used for?
A touch screen kiosk lets customers interact with the screen instead of waiting for staff. Common uses include self-service ordering at restaurants, queue check-in at clinics, lobby directories at hotels, product browsers in showrooms, wayfinding at malls and government service stands. We have deployed all of these across Malaysia since 2021.
What touch technology do you supply?
We supply both infrared (IR) touch and capacitive touch. IR touch supports up to 10-point multitouch and works well with bare fingers, gloves or a stylus. Capacitive touch feels smoother like a smartphone and suits premium retail and showroom environments. We help you choose during the consultation.
Can you build custom kiosk sizes?
Yes. We have our own factory in Malaysia. Standard touch kiosk sizes run from 15" up to 100", in free-standing, wall-mounted, counter-top or outdoor form factors. Custom sizes and custom enclosures are built to order. Tell us your exact dimensions.
Does the kiosk software stay locked so users can't exit the app?
Yes. The kiosk software supports lockdown mode, which keeps users inside your kiosk app and prevents them from accessing the underlying operating system. Idle screensaver returns the kiosk to its home screen after a period of inactivity. Multi-language UI is also supported.
Do you supply POS or payment kiosk systems?
We do not supply built-in POS or payment software. We supply the kiosk hardware. Because it runs on Windows with USB ports, you can pair it with your existing POS software, payment terminal, receipt printer or barcode scanner. Many customers prefer this because they keep their existing payment workflow and reporting.
Is the price really one-time?
Yes. From RM4,999 onwards depending on size, touch type and form factor. One-time payment. No monthly software fee, no subscription, no per-screen recurring charges. The software is included for life.
Can the kiosk be used outdoors?
Yes. We supply outdoor touch screen kiosks with weatherproof enclosures and high-brightness panels rated up to 2,500 nits, suitable for direct sunlight. Common applications include drive-throughs, outdoor service points and exterior wayfinding.
What's the warranty?
PC hardware is covered for 2 years. Display panels are covered for 1 year. Extended warranty available on request.
How quickly can you install?
Each kiosk takes 30 to 60 minutes to install depending on form factor. For Klang Valley, we usually schedule installation within 5 to 10 working days of order confirmation. Outstation installation is scheduled based on travel coordination.
I need 10 kiosks across multiple outlets. Can you handle that?
Yes. Multi-outlet kiosk deployments are something we do regularly for retail chains, F&B chains and clinic networks. Volume discount applies on 3 or more units. We coordinate installation across locations and can phase the rollout over days or weeks.
My internet is unstable. Will the kiosk still work?
Yes. The kiosk works offline. Your content is stored inside the kiosk, so when wifi drops the kiosk continues running normally. When wifi returns, you can push new content as usual.
